1.Applier apply and bid each other.

2.Buyer reply applier's offer.

3.Buyer select suitable applier and make escrow and set up escrow time for applier.

4.After buyer make escrow for payment, applier begin work.

5.Applier withdraw when escrow time finished.

6.Buyer open a case for refund if applier didn't do good service.

7.Both side give feedback each other
